For page dimensions greater than 8.5"x11", up to and including 11"x17":

--All of the above prices are for a single character only. Prices for more than one character or for something other than a character will be negotiated on an individual basis.
--These prices are for private, non-commercial commissions. If you would like to commission a piece for something to be published, contact me to negotiate a price.

--If a full background is wanted for a non-realism drawing, the price is double the amount for the type of drawing specified for page dimensions up to and including 8.5"x11". For page dimensions larger than 8.5"x11" (up to and including 11"x17") the price for a full background is triple the amount for the type of drawing specified.

--Drawings will be on medium weight bristol.
--For drawings on paper or board exceeding 11"x17", prices will be negotiated on an individual basis.

--Please include $4 for shipping and handling (USPS First Class plus Certified Mail) for pieces 8.5"x11" or smaller, and $5 for pieces larger than 8.5"x11". If extra packaging is required or if the commission will be unusually heavy, or if it is an international order, shipping and handling will be calculated individually. (Not applicable if the commsission is to be picked up at a convention.)

--I accept checks, money orders, and PayPal.

To commission a drawing, email me at

with a description and/or a picture of what you would like drawn, plus your mailing address. Include whether you want pencils, inks, or colored pencils; realism will be done in pencil only. If you have any special requests concerning the paper or shipping format, include those in your initial email (if for some bizarre reason you would rather me color a picture with crayons than colored pencils, this would be the time to tell me). I will contact you with a yea or nay, and when the drawing is done, I will email you with a thumbnail sketch of it (if possible). I WILL ONLY MAIL YOUR DRAWING TO YOU AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED--for commissions exceeding $50, I may wait to mail you drawing until after your check has cleared. With exceptions being made for special orders, all drawings will be mailed via USPS First Class plus Certified Mail.

Please send only checks or money orders (not that I don't accept cash, but you have to accept any risk in sending it). I also accept payments through PayPal. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Timothy S. Flanagan. PayPal and money orders are the preferred method of payment. If you would like a refund, you must notify me within thirty days of receiving the artwork, and I must receive the artwork in the same condition in which I sent it before I return your money. I will not be held responsible for damage the artwork may receive during shipping. If the package appears mutilated in some unsatisfactory form, refuse delivery of it so it will be returned to me and we can start over (refund or new drawing).
